What's the Best Position for Birth?

I love what the doulas in this video say..."The best birthing position is the one that is most comfortable for the mom". The doulas also say that giving birth on your back is like being hung by your ankles from the roof. They do suggest some good alternatives you can try to give the baby up to 30% more space.
